Monkey Bizness only accepts returns for devices which clearly demonstrate factory faults during the first 12 months. No power and/or electrical surges and/or water damaged units will be accepted as returns.

Customers are required to send a WhatsApp video and/or images of the device that is 'damaged' to

info@monkeybizness.co.za for Monkey Bizness to assess the claim before the unit/s can be returned for a further assessment.

Monkey Bizness has the sole discretion, under guidance of the manufacturer of the ultrasonic components, to decide whether device/s will be repaired/replaced and/or or claim rejected. In the event of the latter a full explanation will be advanced as to why the claim has been rejected.

Insofar as warranty period is concerned plse review Monkey Bizness's Terns and Conditions  - same will also be found in the DIY installation manual which is included in the delivery package.
