Monkey Bizness only accepts returns for devices which clearly demonstrate factory faults during the first 12 months. No power and/or electrical surges and/or water damaged units will be accepted as returns.

Customers are required to send a WhatsApp video and/or images of the device that is 'damaged' to

info@monkeybizness.co.za for Monkey Bizness to assess the claim before the unit/s can be returned for a further assessment.

Monkey Bizness has the sole discretion, under guidance of the manufacturer of the ultrasonic components, to decide whether device/s will be repaired/replaced and/or or claim rejected. In the event of the latter a full explanation will be advanced as to why the claim has been rejected.

Insofar as warranty period is concerned plse review Monkey Bizness's Terns and Conditions which are available on the slide show under the Residential  and Industrial Pages of this web site - same will also be found in the DIY installation manual which is included in the delivery package.
