We conduct commercial site assessments and prepare a Scope of Works at no call-out fee within KZN (Amazimtoti to Hillcrest and the North Coast). Sites beyond this region may attract a pre-agreed call-out fee where an on-site assessment is required.
Given the considerable time Monkey Bizness has spent on the last five resort enquiries, with no resulting business, lodges will now be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of R500.00 before a Scope of Works and implementation budget are prepared. This deposit will cover the preparation of the Scope of Works and the budget required to implement its recommendations.
Should the enquiry proceed to confirmed business following the Scope of Works, the R500.00 deposit will be credited/refunded against the final order. Contact MBiz for banking details.
